Returns & Refunds policy
Our handcrafted items are made to enhance the lives of both the human and our pets.. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund (less shipping charges) or exchange of equal/lesser value
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
To return an item, please email info@nikoandme.com to begin the process and recieve a return authorization number.
Once an RMA number is received, please return the item to the address provided in the email.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) dayse of the purchase date.
For defective or damaged products due to transit, please contact us immediately via email to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method for the return.
Refunds:
After receiving your return and ensuring that it is in a resaleable condition, we will process your refund request or exchange.
Please allow at lease five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions:
The following cannot be returned or exchanged: All Paw Balms and Pet Shampoo Bars, Daily Spritz Pet Deodarant Spray and all personalized items.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If a product shows visible wear or we received the wrong item, no refund or exchange will issued.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
