Returns & Exchange Policy

Our handcrafted items are made to enhance the lives of both the human and our pets. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item for an exchange of equal/lesser value or a refund less shipping charges.

RETURNS PROCESS

● To return an item, please email info@nikoandme.com to begin the process and receive a return authorization number.

● Once the RMA number is received, please return the item to the address provided in the email.

● All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

● For defective or damaged products due to transit, please contact us immediately via email to arrange a refund or exchange.

● Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method for the return.

● Items must be returned in brand new condition and if possible in its original packaging.

REFUNDS

● After receiving your return and ensuring that it is in a resaleable condition, we will process your return or exchange.

● Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

● The following cannot be returned or exchanged: Paw Balms ● All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

● If a product shows visible wear or the wrong item is received, no credit or exchange will be issued.
